The Court scheduled these proceedings regarding Defendant's Motion to Stay Discovery 39 . The Court makes opening remarks and hears the respective arguments of Counsel. The Court makes findings for the record. IT IS ORDERED: Defendant's Motion to Stay Discovery 39 is GRANTED as stated in open court. Counsel shall file a Joint Status Report within 30 days after Nevada Supreme Court oral arguments and the Court will either issue a written Order or hold further hearing. Conversely, if there is a decision made by the US District Court, before the Nevada Supreme Court issues it's decision, that implicates how this case is proceeding, that same Joint Status Report is due.
