ORDER terminating 32 Letter Motion for Conference re: 34 Response to Motion. The Court is in receipt of Defendant's letter seeking a pre-motion conference and leave to file a motion for attorney's fees and costs, and Plaintiff's letter in opposition. (ECF Nos. 32, 34.) The Court waives the pre-motion conference requirement and grants Defendant leave to file a motion for attorney's fees and costs. The motion shall be briefed in accordance with the following schedule: 1. Defendant's moving papers shall be served, not filed, on September 21, 2026; 2. Plaintiff's opposition papers shall be served, not filed, on October 21, 2026; 3. Defendant's reply papers in further support of its motion shall be served, not filed, on November 5, 2026. The parties shall file all motion papers on the final reply date, November 5, 2026. The parties are directed to mail two copies of their motion documents to Chambers as they are served, as well as send a copy to Chambers via email as they are served.
