Drozds scheduling practices, the scheduling order is modified as follows: (1) Initial expert disclosures shall be completed by 4/30/2026; (2) Rebuttal expert disclosures shall be completed by 6/1/2026; (3) All expert discovery shall be completed by 7/30/2026; (4) All motions except for motions for continuances, temporary restraining orders, and other emergency motions shall be filed by 9/14/2026 in accordance with Judge Drozds 23 standing order; (5) The final pretrial conference currently set for 10/27/2026 is hereby VACATED and RESET to 2/22/2027 at 01:30 PM before District Judge Drozd by Zoom; and (6) The jury trial currently set for 1/4/2027 is VACATED and RESET to 4/27/2027 at 09:00 AM in Courtroom 4 (DAD) before District Judge Dale A.
