The court granted Defendants' request for leave to file a motion to dismiss the amended complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) and set the following briefing schedule: Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint is due August 28, 2026; Defendants' Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint is due September 21, 2026; Plaintiffs' Opposition is due October 13, 2026; and Defendants' Reply, if any, is due October 23, 2026.
