Having reviewed the papers filed in connection with the Motion, the Court deems the matter suitable for decision WITHOUT oral argument. As such, the hearing on the Motion, currently set for July 1, 2026, is VACATED and the matter will be taken under submission as of that date. The Court further finds that the Parties' Stipulation and Proposed Order to Appear Remotely (Doc. 90 ) is now moot, and therefore no further action on the Stipulation by the Court is necessary.
