   MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) issued by Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Dale A. Drozd on 8/31/2026: On 4/16/2026, the parties filed a 35 Stipulation to voluntarily dismiss this action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Therein, the parties stipulate that the court will retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement. On 8/31/2026, the court held a status conference at which counsel for all parties were present, and counsel for plaintiff and counsel for defendant Home Depot, Inc. represented to the court that they were no longer requesting that the court retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement. Pursuant to the parties' stipulation, this action is DISMISSED with prejudice. However, the court declines to retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
