THE FOLLOWING RULINGS WERE MADE:The parties' arguments were heard regarding Defendants' Motion to Vacate the Default Judgment (see ECF No. 30 ). The Court's decision was RESERVED. The Court will issue a written decision in the form of a Report & Recommendation to the Hon. Nusrat J. Choudhury.
The Court also granted leave to file a supplemental letter brief on the issues discussed on or before June 30, 2026, should the parties wish to do so.
It is further ordered that enforcement of the Default Judgment is hereby STAYED pending the decision on the defendants' motion.
