On December 1, 2025, the Court implemented a Standing Order Regarding the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence ("AI") in Court Filings. The Standing Order is available on the Court's website and requires litigants to include an "AI Certification" with "[e]very filing" indicating whether AI was used in drafting the filing. Defendants' December 5, 2025 reply brief [Doc. 477 ] and December 31, 2025 reply brief [Doc. 481]] do not contain an AI Certification.
