PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs' Notices of Dismissal Without Prejudice as to Defendants Yadiel Corrales, M.D., and Juan Serralles Allongo, M.D. (ECF Nos. 64-65). Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a) allows a plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss a claim (1) prior to a defendant's filing of an answer or a motion for summary judgment, or (2) by filing a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1). Here, Defendants Yadiel Corrales and Juan Serralles Allongo have not filed an answer or motion for summary judgment. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i)-(ii). Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Notice, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to Defendants Yadiel Corrales and Juan Serralles Allongo.
