Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Notice, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to Defendant Carlos Carballo.
