The parties are reminded to comply with the undersigned's Individual Practice Rules regarding Settlement Conferences (see Rule § 5) and the parties shall submit their EX PARTE settlement statements to the Chambers e-mail, at Wicks_Chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov, on or before July 22, 2026.
