Text Order
TEXT ORDER-- The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs' refiled second amended complaint with a redline. (ECF No. 114 ). This redline is not only untimely filed but it is still noncompliant with Local Rule 15.1. Plaintiffs make bulk strikethroughs and insertions -- most of which span dozens of pages long -- and the redline does not accurately reflect the changes made between the first amended complaint and second amended complaint. Accordingly, Plaintiffs shall file a compliant redline by September 18, 2026. Defendants need not respond to the Second Amended Complaint until Plaintiffs comply with this Court's order. This is the third and final time the Court will order Plaintiffs to file a compliant redline. Failure to do so a third time shall result in the second amended complaint being stricken. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 9/9/2026. (JB)
