ORDER. This action was commenced on May 6, 2026. Plaintiff previously raised issued regarding service addresses for numerous Defendants at ECF No. 2 . At ECF Order 5/15/2026, the Court granted limited relief as to alternate service as to Defendant Lieberman, but it denied the relief as to the corporate Defendants. It does not appear from the record that Defendants Paradiso Digital Marketing LLC, Truck And Drive LLC, Avazo-Testing LLC, SK Lucky Way, Adhunt Limited Corp., KJN Solutions LLC, Semidani Digital LLC, Luxury Fine Residences Corp., Turbo Partners LLP, Stellar Spirits LLC, 401 West Property Owner LLC, or Holzsiegerg Tech Inc. have been served within the 90-day service period.
On or before 10/30/2026, Plaintiff must file a status letter and/or proof of timely service as to these entities. If Plaintiff fails to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as to service and/or this Order, the Court may recommend that the action be dismissed as to the unserved Defendants. Any service on an unserved Defendant should include a copy of the docket, including the Order for the upcoming 11/5/2026 conference.

Telephone Conference
Minute Entry. Defendant Volodymyr Boichuk, who had not appeared previously in this case and who did not receive the notice of the adjournment of the 9/29/2026 default conference in time, called into the conference line for Chief Magistrate Judge Scanlon on 9/29/2026 at 11:30 AM with Tatyana Virsta, who translated from Ukrainian to English and from English to Ukrainian. Through his translator, the Court informed Mr. Boichuk of the new date of the conference, 11/5/2026 at 10:30 AM, and informed Mr. Boichuk that the Court will mail and email to him the complaint, the proof of service of the complaint, the conference Order and the public docket, as well as a copy of the form by which he may request electronic Court notifications if he chooses to proceed pro se and the Judges' Individual Rules.
