TEXT ORDER: On 8/18/2026, the # 26 Clerk's Entry of Default was entered by the Clerk against I.Park 87 LLC and National Resources, Inc. in this action. Any motion for a default judgment, pursuant to Rule 55(b) and Local Rule 55.2, must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of this order. Plaintiff must attach a copy of the clerk's entry of default to the moving papers and are directed to serve a copy of the moving papers via regular mail upon Defendants and file a certificate of service of same. If Plaintiffs do not file a timely motion for default judgment, they are directed to file a status report within thirty (30) days from the date of this order.
