Order
ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 5/17/2024. The court has reviewed the parties' joint discovery statement for the informal discovery conference set for 5/20/2024 and concludes that the discovery disputes are inappropriately voluminous for resolving in an informal conference. The 5/20/2024 discovery conference is therefore VACATED.
Plaintiff has leave to file, by 5/24/2024, a MOTION to compel on only the discovery issues that remain outstanding. This court's practice standard limits the motion and response to ten (10) pages each. In this instance, the court will also allow a reply of no more than five (5) pages.
However, both sides shall please take note that consistent with ECF No. 77 and Local Rule 37.1, the exhibits to their filings shall be limited to ONLY the "specific interrogatory, request, or response to which the motion is directed." If either side attaches the complete "discovery history" that they contemplated as exhibits to the Joint Discovery Statement, or otherwise attaches overly-voluminous materials, the court will summarily strike the filing.
