TEXT ORDER-- The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint status letter dated June 29, 2026 (ECF No. 29) and a follow-up letter from Defendants' counsel dated June 30, 2026 (ECF No. 30) requesting an adjournment of the July 6, 2026 status conference and advising that a guardianship application has been filed on behalf of Defendant Neda Sarmasti. (ECF No. 29). In light of Ms. Sarmasti's guardianship application (ECF No. 30), this case is STAYED and ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATED until (i) a guardian is appointed to represent Mrs. Sarmasti's interests in this matter; (ii) an authorized individual is given lawful power of attorney on behalf of Mrs. Sarmasti; and/or (iii) Mrs. Sarmasti is dismissed from this matter. The parties shall file a joint status update within 5 days of any of the foregoing instances occurring, or by August 31, 2026, whichever is sooner. Additionally, the status conference currently scheduled for July 6, 2026 is adjourned sine die to be rescheduled after the stay is lifted. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 7/1/2026.
