Upon review, and based on the representations made in the letter motion, plaintiff's request is GRANTED. Defendants' motion is DENIED without prejudice to renew. This matter is REFERRED to Judge Katz to reset the appropriate pre-trial deadlines or, if he deems it appropriate, to conduct a status conference with the parties to amend the case management plan.
