Plaintiff Roger Gifford and defense counsel Michael Maloney present. Defendant Robert Puckett not present at the time matter was called. Defense counsel indicated defendant will attend but running late. The Court and parties discussed the status of the settlement. Copy of the transcript of the 5/1/2026 settlement conference provided to plaintiff. Defendant Robert Puckett arrived at 10:14 AM. Paperwork related to settlement provided to plaintiff from defense counsel in open court. The Court ORDERED defense counsel to provide a revised copy of the settlement agreement, dismissal document for defendant Hansen and Dingman, and dismissal with prejudice document to plaintiff by COB 8/27/2026. If plaintiff does not receive the documents, plaintiff is to file a status statement with the Court. Dispositional documents to be filed within 30 days from today's date. The Court noted this is an extension of the initial deadline set for dispositional documents.
