Coggins on 8/4/2026: Upon further consideration of the parties' 221 Joint Notice of Trial Readiness, and in light of developments in the court's trial calendar, the court hereby SETS trial dates as follows: a Final Pretrial Conference is SET for 10/9/2026 at 1:30 PM and a Jury Trial is SET for 1/25/2027 at 9:00 AM. Both hearings will be held in Courtroom 10 before District Judge Dena M. Coggins. At the Final Pretrial Conference, the court will set deadlines to file trial documents, including Motions in Limine, Trial Briefs, and proposed Jury Voir Dire, Instructions, and Verdict forms (where applicable). Any requests to continue the Final Pretrial Conference or Jury Trial must be supported by a showing of good cause.
