The Court waived Local Rule 6-1 barring oral motions and plaintiff's counsel moved to remand the action to the Los Angeles County Superior Court based on Removing Defendants' failure to adequately allege a basis for the Court's subject matter jurisdiction in the Notice of Removal. The Court granted plaintiff' Motion to Remand. Accordingly, the Court remands the action to Los Angeles County Superior Court, Case Number 24STCV11632, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
