ORDER: Before the Court is the parties' Agreed Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice (ECF No. 27 ), filed October 10, 2024. The parties request entry of an order dismissing all claims with prejudice. Noting the parties' agreement, the Court finds good cause to GRANT the dismissal. Accordingly, the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with prejudice to the refiling of same.
