MINUTE ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher D. Baker on 08/13/2026: On May 19, 2026, the Court ordered the parties to appear for scheduling conference on August 18, 2026, and directed the parties to file a joint scheduling conference statement in compliance with the procedures set forth in the Order Setting Mandatory Scheduling Conference (i.e., to be filed no later than August 11, 2026). (Doc. 5 ). The parties have failed to comply with the Court's order to timely file their joint scheduling conference statement. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that the scheduling conference is VACATED and reset for September 3, 2026, at 09:00 AM. And it is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE in writing no later than August 17, 2026, why sanctions should not be imposed for his failure to comply with the Court's order to timely file a joint scheduling conference statement. Any failure by Plaintiff to timely comply with this Order will result in the imposition of sanctions, including financial sanctions and/or a recommendation to dismiss the action. (Deputy Clerk CRB)
