The Court strikes the 8/4/26 telephonic motion hearing on plaintiff's motion for default judgment and sets this matter for an in-person hearing on damages on 8/14/26 at 11:00 a.m. Defendants are advised that failure to appear through counsel or otherwise may result in judgment being entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendants.
