OPINION AND ORDER - The Court DISMISSES without prejudice Defendants Mandy Davis and John Roes #1-5, along with Plaintiffs' claims against them (Counts 4 and 6). Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 48 ) is GRANTED on Plaintiffs federal law claims under Title IX and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Counts 1, 2, and 3). The Court DECLINES to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs remaining state-law claims under Counts 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10, and DIMISSES those claims without prejudice.
