SCHEDULING NOTICE AND ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: In light of the Notice of Settlement filed June 22, 2026 [Dkt. 24] indicating that the case has settled, this action is placed on inactive status. All previously set deadlines and dates are hereby VACATED. No later than July 22, 2026, the parties shall file either (1) a Stipulation of Dismissal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); (2) a Stipulation for an Order of Dismissal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2); or (3) a motion to reopen. Failure to comply with this Order will result in this action being deemed dismissed as of July 23, 2026.
