ORDER DENYING Defendant's Motion in Limine Regarding Admissible Evidence of Future Medical Treatment or Services Expenses in Accordance with 768.0427(2)(c)(1), (Dkt. 29), and Defendant's Motion in Limine Regarding Admissible Evidence of Past Medical Treatment or Services Expenses in Accordance with 768.0427(2)(b)(1), (Dkt. 30), insofar as they request the Court find that subsection 768.0427(2), Florida Statutes, imposes on Plaintiff a burden to admit evidence. The Motions are DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE insofar as they request, in the alternative, that Defendant be allowed to admit certain evidence. Defendant's Request for Oral Argument, (Dkt. 32), is DENIED AS MOOT. The Parties are DIRECTED to confer and file, within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order, a joint status report advising how this case should proceed. See Order for details..
