MINUTE ORDER made by direction of the Court, the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly, United States District Judge:(1) Having reviewed the parties' Joint Status Report, docket no. 22 , which indicates that the parties mediated on May 22, 2026, and are continuing to engage in settlement discussions, the Court STRIKES the deadlines for filing dispositive motions and related briefs that are set forth in the Minute Order entered March 17, 2026, docket no. 20 , as amended by the docket entry dated April 27, 2026. The parties' stipulated motion to extend the above-referenced deadlines, docket no. 22 , is STRICKEN as moot.(2) The parties shall file a Joint Status Report within seven (7) days after reaching a settlement in principle, indicating whether this case may be dismissed with prejudice and without costs, or by August 7, 2026, whichever occurs earlier. If no Joint Status Report is filed by August 7, 2026, this matter will be dismissed without prejudice. (CJS)
