ORDER DENYING TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE REGARDING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: Having reviewed Plaintiff's Application for a Temporary Restraining Order 8 , 16 , the Court concludes that the requested emergency relief is not warranted. The application was not filed with sufficient promptness to warrant emergency relief, and Plaintiff has not adequately demonstrated that the circumstances giving rise to the alleged emergency were through no fault or lack of diligence on Plaintiff's part. The Court further finds that Defendant has not been afforded sufficient time and opportunity to review the application and respond. Therefore, the application is DENIED. (gk)
