Memorandum Opinion and Order: For the reasons set forth in this Order, the Moving Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 62 ) is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiffs' claim for violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c), as set forth in Count I of the First Amended Complaint. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs' remaining state law claims set forth in Counts II through XXXVII and, therefore, those Counts are dismissed without prejudice.
