PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the parties' Joint Motion to Reschedule Oral Argument (the "Motion"). ECF No. 60 . In the Motion, the parties request that the Court continue and reschedule the oral argument on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, which is presently set for September 11, 2026. Id. Upon due consideration of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion, ECF No. 60 , is GRANTED. The oral argument on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment set for September 11, 2026, ECF No. 59 , is CANCELLED and will be reset by separate order.
Due to the Court's criminal trial schedule, the Court is unavailable for oral argument on the mutually available dates provided by the parties in the Motion. Accordingly, the parties are hereby ORDERED to provide the Court with three additional dates for oral argument. The Court notes that it will be presiding over a lengthy criminal trial through the end of November, and during that time, the Court is only available for oral argument on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
