ORDER re 52 : Attorney Shari L. Klevens and the law firm of Dentons US LLP and attorney Candace R. Johnson of Brooks & Berne, PLLC filed a joint stipulation regarding substitution of counsel for Defendant Kenover Marketing Corp. d/b/a Kayco. (ECF No. 52.) However, attorney Klevens is currently listed on the docket as counsel of record only for Defendant Strauss Group Ltd. As such, by 08/05/2026, attorney Klevens is directed to file a notice of appearance on behalf of Defendant Kayco.
Additionally, attorney Susan J. Finkenberg of Brooks & Berne, PLLC is still listed as counsel of record for Defendant Kayco on the docket and it is unclear to the Court whether counsel seeks to terminate attorney Finkenberg as well or whether attorney Finkenberg will remain on the case. Further, the stipulation at ECF No. 52 states that "the supporting declaration of Candace R. Johnson has been filed simultaneously with this stipulation and proposed order." (ECF No. 52 at 1.) However, no such document was filed. Accordingly, by 08/05/2026, attorneys Klevens and Johnson are directed to file a revised stipulation regarding substitution of counsel for Defendant Kayco addressing these deficiencies. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry on 07/29/2026. (BMF)
