(Text-Only) ORDER: The Court ordered 38 Plaintiff to file an application for entry of default pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(a) on or before June 16, 2026 if Defendant Device Pitstop of Maple Grove ("Pitstop") failed to timely respond to the Complaint. Pitstop has not filed a timely response, and Plaintiff has not filed an application for entry of default. The Court therefore directs Plaintiff to file such an application or a letter stating good cause to the contrary on or before June 22, 2026, failing which the Court will recommend that Plaintiff's claims against Pitstop be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Dulce J. Foster on 6/17/2026. (LC1)
