ORDER: The emergency motion for a stay 36 is denied. There is no reason—or urgency—to resolve Plaintiff's objections to Judge Lindsay's decision or the effect of the decision permitting vacatur of the default. Should the Court rule in favor of Plaintiff, then the default would be reinstated. There is no prejudice identified from permitting the decision to stand in the interim, nor could there be since no discovery obligations have been placed on either party.
