ORDER re: 70 Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. This matter is set for a post-discovery conference on July 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. On June 5, 2026, this Court ordered the parties to file a revised case management plan by June 10, 2026. ECF No. 70. Status Report Order 1 - Terminate Deadlines and Hearings
ORDER. The Court has reviewed the status report at ECF No. 129 and previous Orders. On or before 7/30/2026, Plaintiff must produce all Trust documents related to the Murdock Avenue property. On or before 7/30/2026, Plaintiff must provide revised Rule 26 disclosures as to damages, including specific estimates of the market value of the allegedly lost personal items. It is an insufficient submission to leave this question to be determined by the trier of fact.
The request for sanctions or preclusion is denied as unsupported by the record herein and the good faith dispute between the parties as to the scope of discovery. The request for a conference is denied as the Court has resolved the disputes outstanding by this Order. Any premotion conference letter as to summary judgment should be filed with the District Judge. A joint discovery status letter must be filed on or before 8/6/2026.
Ordered by Chief Mag. Judge Vera M. Scanlon on 7/22/2026. (SH)
