Plaintiffs' practice administrator advised the Court that, following the passing of Plaintiffs' prior counsel, substitute counsel is in the process of being retained and formal appearances are expected to be filed within approximately 14 days. With the parties' agreement, the Court continued the Status Conference to September 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Court further vacated the hearing on Plaintiffs' Motion for Conditional Certification of Collective Action (Dkt. 25), previously set for August 14, 2026, and will address the status of that motion after substitute counsel has appeared.
