In the related state court action involving Defendant Office of the Public Defender ("OPD"), anticipate tender of settlement proceeds in August 2026 and thereafter proposed stipulation to dismiss as to OPD to be submitted by 10/1/2026 to the assigned state court judge with a courtesy copy to Kobayashi_Orders@hid.uscourts.gov and Trader_Orders@hid.uscourts.gov.
