ORDER SETTING SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on 08/03/2026. The court will hold a settlement conference on September 17, 2026, in Judge Prose's Chambers on the fifth floor of the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse located at 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. Plaintiff shall arrive at 9:00 a.m., and Defendants at 9:15 a.m. Upon arrival, the parties shall proceed to Courtroom A502 to check in with Judge Prose's Courtroom Deputy. The parties may request a scheduling change by jointly emailing chambers at Prose_Chambers@cod.uscourts.gov. The parties shall follow Section VII of the Uniform Civil Practice Standards for Magistrate Judges (available through Judge Prose's webpage), including the requirements of Judge Prose on p. 27 thereof concerning Settlement Statements. If a party wishes to attach exhibits, they shall have a notebook of their statements and exhibits delivered to Chambers (Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse 901 19th Street, Rm. A532, Denver, Colorado 80294) one week prior to the Settlement Conference.
