ORDER: The 80 third motion for extension of time is granted in part, on consent, to enable the parties to participate in private mediation. When the parties file their joint status report pursuant to Magistrate Judge Dunst's Text Order dated Sept. 14, 2026, they must state whether they have selected a mediator, the date scheduled for the initial mediation session, and any anticipated adjustments to the schedule below.
In the absence of settlement at mediation, defendant shall serve, but not file, its opposition to plaintiff's 65 motion to disqualify by 10/12/2026. Plaintiff may serve a reply, if any, by 10/26/2026, and on that date, the parties shall file the complete, bundled, motion papers in sequential order on ECF. Ordered by Judge Rachel P.
