Minute Order Order on Joint Pretrial Order
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Chief Judge Andrew P. Gordon on 9/10/2026.
The parties filed a proposed joint pretrial order (ECF No. 45 ) the same day Magistrate Judge Albregts granted (ECF No. 46 ) their stipulation (ECF No. 44 ) to extend time to file a proposed joint pretrial order. The parties have been granted another extension of that deadline. (ECF No. 48 ). Given that it appears the parties do not intend to rely on their previously submitted proposed order, I hereby order that the proposed pretrial order (ECF No. 45 ) is denied without prejudice to file a new proposed pretrial order as discussed in the parties' subsequent stipulations.
