During that hearing, the Court gave Plaintiffs permission to file a motion to compel if the parties were unable to resolve their discovery dispute. However, the Court mistakenly failed to confirm such an order on the docket. Accordingly, Plaintiffs have permission to file a motion to compel regarding the issues raised during the informal discovery dispute conference that took place on March 12, 2026.
