The motion is DENIED as to Plaintiff' s First Amendment claims in Counts I, II, and III and GRANTED as to Plaintiff's state law claims for abuse of process and defamation in Counts IV and V. Counts IV and V are the only claims in which the Complaint asserts liability against Kevin Cornett or the unidentified John Doe. Because the Court grants summary judgment on those claims, no claims remain against Cornett or John Doe, and the Clerk is directed to terminate them as parties.
