ELECTRONIC ORDER granting 55 Motion for Leave to File. Before the Court is Plaintiffs Richard Alexander, Evelyn Alexander, Brenda Turner, Shawn Fischer, Troy Stone, and Shera Stone's Unopposed Motion for Leave to File a Consolidated Response to Defendants' Motions to Dismiss the Second Amended Class Action Complaint in Excess of the Page Limit (Doc. 55 ). Having considered the motion and the applicable law, the Court GRANTS the requested relief. The Court ORDERS that Plaintiffs may file, on or before September 30, 2026, a single consolidated response to Defendant FCA US LLCs Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 44 ) and Defendant Lear Corporations Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 46 ). This response may not exceed fifty (50) pages, exclusive of the table of contents and table of authorities. The Court further ORDERS that FCA US LLC and Lear Corporation may each file a reply brief not to exceed fifteen (15) pages, or may together file a single consolidated reply brief not to exceed twenty-five (25) pages, on or before the reply deadline established in the Courts Order of October 23, 2026 (Doc. 41 ).
