Halpern in Courtroom 520 of the Hon. Charles L. Brieant Jr. Federal Building and Court house located at 300 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601-4150 on the 17th day of AUGUST, 2026 on submission only; no appearances, why a default judgment should not be entered pursuant to Rule 55(b)(2) and Local Rule 55.2 upon the grounds of defendants' default, and For such other and further relief as to the Court shall deem just and proper. ORDERED, that on or before July 28, 2026, Plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order, and the documents upon which it is based, upon Weighsmarter Corp. and Chezkelweiss Inc. by Federal Express at their last known addresses and by serving copies of the foregoing by way of the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of New York; and upon the Individual Defendant Chezkel Weiss by personal service at their last known address; and it is further; ORDERED, that Plaintiff shall file proof of such service by August 4, 2026; and it is further; ORDERED, that Defendants shall serve and file opposing papers, if any, on or before August 17, 2026.
