(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER SUA SPONTE DISMISSING "DOE" DEFENDANTS WITHOUT PREJUDICE by Judge Michelle Williams Court. The Court's Standing Order provides that "[a]ny 'DOE' or fictitiously-named Defendant(s) who is not identified and served within 90 days after the case is filed shall be dismissed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m)." To date, more than ninety (90) days have passed since Defendant removed the case to federal court, yet Plaintiff has failed to timely identify and serve any "Doe" Defendants.
