(In Chambers) Order by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Defendant Star Logistics Brokerage, Inc.'s motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 45) does not comply with Local Rule 7-3, which requires that "counsel for the moving party must include a declaration, under penalty of perjury, that sets forth at a minimum the date(s) the conference took place and the position of each party with respect to each disputed issue that will be the subject of the motion" and cautions that "[f]ailure to include such a declaration may result in the motion being denied." No later than June 24, Defendant shall file a declaration that fully complies with L.R. 7-3, addressing both sides' positions on every disputed issue with sufficient detail to demonstrate that they meaningfully met and conferred and to enable the Court to understand the substance of the parties' positions.
