Electronic Clerk's Notes for proceedings held before Judge William G. Young: Hearing held on 5/8/2024. The matter of disgorgement is taken under advisement after hearing arguments of counsel. Judgment to enter as to defendants Sexton, Friesen, Gasarch, Kelln and Veldhuis. The Court announces civil penalties (see transcript). The SEC shall prepare a form of judgment. Defendants shall have 10 days to file a response to the proposed form of judgment. Permanent injunction enters as to Sexton, Friesen and Gasarch. A written opinion to follow which will include the decision on disgorgement.
