Minute Order ~Util - Case Stayed
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Richard F. Boulware, II on 7/7/2026.
Before the Court is the Parties' Joint Status Report (ECF No. 115 ). Through it, they ask the Court to continue staying any, and all, briefing on remedies, which remain outstanding in this case. See generally Joint Status Report, ECF No. 115 (July 6, 2026). The Court has reviewed their request and finds good cause for granting it.
Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED the stay which was originally entered on April 5, 2026, is EXTENDED. The Parties need not provide briefing on the issue of remedies until the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission resolves Alpine's appeal of the related FINRA Action. When it does, the Parties will have seven days to notify the Court and to propose a new briefing schedule regarding remedies.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Parties must continue to file a joint status report every 90 days until this stay is lifted. As before, the joint status report should describe the status of Alpine's appeal. The Parties' second status report is due on, or before, October 5, 2026.
(Copies have been distributed pursuant to the NEF - DLQ)
