MINUTE entry before the Honorable Beth W. Jantz: This case has been referred to Judge Jantz for discovery supervision and settlement. See Dkt. 29 . The Court adopts the deadlines set by the District Judge, specifically: (1) Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures to be provided by September 14, 2026; (2) written discovery requests to be issued by September 14, 2026; and (3) fact discovery to be completed by January 29, 2027. An expert discovery schedule will be set after the close of fact discovery, if necessary. The parties shall call in for a telephonic status hearing on 10/29/26 at 9:00 am to discuss the status of discovery and any interest in settlement.
