ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint status report 15 , which provides an update as to the status of discovery and requests a 60-day extension of all discovery deadlines. In light of the parties' representations that they have not completed Phase I discovery but that depositions are scheduled for September and October, the request is granted, on consent. The following discovery deadlines are extended. Phase I discovery shall be completed by 10/21/2026. Fact discovery shall be completed on or before 12/9/2026. The parties are directed to file a joint status report certifying the close of fact discovery by 12/16/2026. Exchange of expert disclosures shall be completed by 1/13/2027. Exchange of rebuttal expert reports shall be completed by 2/12/2027. Expert depositions shall be completed by 4/5/2027. All expert discovery shall be completed by 4/12/2027, and certification of the completion of all discovery shall be filed on ECF by 4/19/2027. The last date to take the first step in dispositive motion practice is 5/19/2027, and must be done in accordance with the Individual Rules of the assigned District Judge. Given the generous extension of the discovery schedule, further requests for extensions of time are not likely to be viewed favorably absent truly extraordinary, unforeseeable circumstances.
