(Docs. 49, 49-1). In light of the dismissal, this action is terminated by operation of law without further order from the Court. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to close this case and terminate all remaining case management dates. The Court shall retain jurisdiction over the parties through February 15, 2026, for the sole purpose of enforcement of the parties' settlement agreement. (Deputy Clerk CRB)
