TEXT ORDER: The Court having held a status conference on June 17, 2026; it is hereby ORDERED that an in-person settlement conference is scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. All counsel shall report to the Mitchell H. Cohen Building & U.S. Courthouse, 4th & Cooper Streets, Courtroom 3B, Camden, NJ 08101. Counsel are advised that the Court requires the client(s) and an agent or person with full settlement authority to attend the conference. Moreover, prior to the conference, all parties shall have exchanged initial demands and/or settlement offers. All parties shall follow the Judge's preferences for submitting settlement memoranda. Each party shall submit a settlement memorandum to the Court by email at least three (3) business days before the scheduled conference. The memorandum shall not exceed five (5) pages, including exhibits. If additional exhibits are desired, the parties may offer them during the conference.
