ORDER: Plaintiff shall file a response to this Order addressing: (1) whether any Garnishment Applications were properly or permissibly filed in this miscellaneous action in which Plaintiff registered the North Carolina Judgment or whether the Court must dissolve the pending writs of garnishment issued by the Clerk of the Court; and, (2)even so, whether the Court has subject matter jurisdiction over any of theGarnishment Applications. Plaintiff shall file this response by 5/2/2024. Until the Court determines its jurisdiction has been established, Plaintiff may not file any additional applications for writs of garnishment. Further, if Plaintiff fails to file a response, the Court will dissolve the outstanding writs of garnishment without further notice. (Ordered by Judge Ed Kinkeade on 4/25/2024) (axm)
