ORDER GRANTING IN PART JOINT STIPULATED APPLICATION TO CONTINUE by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The parties have filed a stipulation to continue the remaining deadlines in the Case Management Order (CMO) by more than three months 101 . The request is granted in part. The Court finds that the circumstances warrant a limited extension as follows: (1) the discovery cutoff and discovery-motion hearing deadline is continued to 10/2/2026 (as requested); (2) the nondiscovery motion hearing cutoff is continued to 10/30/2026; (3) the first set of trial filings is continued to 11/20/2026; and (4) the second set of trial filings is continued to 11/27/2026. All other deadlines remain unchanged. The application is otherwise denied. All other provisions of the CMO remain in effect. (gk)
